Website & sourcing terms

This website describes sourcing and supply chain coordination services. A website enquiry is not a purchase order, a binding quotation or authority to place an order. Product availability and capabilities are confirmed for each project.

Written scope and approvals

The project agreement identifies the contracting parties, specifications, quantity, price, currency, service fee or commission, payment stages, lead times, delivery terms and acceptance criteria. Commercial and technical approvals remain with the client unless written authorization states otherwise.

Samples, tooling and changes

Sample, development, tooling, inspection, storage and freight costs are confirmed in the quotation where applicable. Tooling ownership, artwork rights and approved specification revisions are documented before production. Changes, cancellation, refunds and remedies are governed by the accepted project agreement and applicable law.

Independent partners

Partner factories, inspection providers and carriers are separate businesses. LiSY coordinates the agreed work; responsibilities for manufacturing, inspection, payment, freight, customs and insurance are defined in the project documents.

Inspection and shipment

Inspection findings apply to the agreed checks and sampling scope. They do not establish that every unit is defect-free or replace destination-market compliance assessments. Open issues and shipment release follow the agreed approval process. See Quality & Shipping.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

Only share materials you are entitled to use. Agree an NDA and handling arrangements before sending confidential drawings, formulas or commercial files. A sourcing enquiry does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Questions and disputes

Contact info@zjlisy.com with the relevant order or project reference so the issue can be reviewed against the agreed documents. Governing law and dispute procedures, where required, belong in the signed project agreement. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
