Four ways to work with LiSY
01 / Supplier Search
For buyers who need suitable suppliers and comparable quotations, then manage the supplier relationship themselves.
What you receive: an agreed shortlist of independent suppliers, quote comparison and open verification questions.
How it is priced: a fixed project service fee confirmed before research starts.
02 / Project Sourcing
For a defined product project that needs coordination from supplier search through shipment handoff.
What we can coordinate: RFQs, samples, quote comparison, approved production follow-up, agreed quality checks and shipping documents.
How it is priced: a sourcing service commission or another agreed project fee. The calculation basis and payment stages are set out in the quotation.
03 / Managed Purchasing Desk
For recurring China purchasing when you need one point of contact to manage supplier and order follow-up.
What you receive: supplier coordination, order tracking, routine reports and an open-issue record.
How it is priced: a monthly management fee plus a separate sourcing commission for each order. Included suppliers, orders, reporting and response scope are agreed in advance.
04 / Direct Supply
For selected products where you prefer to buy through LiSY rather than appoint LiSY only as a sourcing coordinator.
What you receive: a separate product quotation and sales arrangement for the confirmed product and destination.
How it works: product price, payment, delivery, quality, after-sales and the actual contracting party are confirmed in the sales quotation and agreement.
Direct Supply is a separate sales arrangement, not a standard sourcing assignment. Supplier search, project sourcing and purchasing-desk services remain subject to an agreed scope of work.

Fees and transparency
Every quotation separates the LiSY service fee, product payment and third-party costs. Samples, tooling, testing, inspection, storage, freight, tax and bank charges are included only when the quotation says so.
We do not publish one universal commission rate because products, order values, destinations and work scope vary. Before work starts, we confirm what is included, how any commission is calculated and when payments are due.
Common questions
Which service should I choose?
Choose Supplier Search when you only need supplier options and quotes. Choose Project Sourcing when you want support through a defined purchasing project. Choose Managed Purchasing Desk for ongoing work with several orders or suppliers. Ask about Direct Supply when you want to purchase a selected product through LiSY.
Can you work with a supplier I already have?
Yes. Existing supplier follow-up can be included in Project Sourcing or Managed Purchasing Desk without starting a new supplier search.
Do you own the factories?
No. The partner network consists of independent businesses. Capabilities and records are assessed for each project.
Does quality coordination guarantee zero defects?
No. The agreed inspection scope supports a documented decision on the sampled goods. Product specifications, manufacturing responsibility and any testing or certification requirements must be confirmed for the project.
What should I send first?
A product description or non-confidential reference, estimated quantity, destination market and timing are enough to start. We will recommend the appropriate service model before issuing a quotation.
