Four Ways to Work with LiSY

02 / Project Sourcing

For a defined product project that needs coordination from supplier search through shipment handoff.

What we can coordinate: supplier shortlisting, RFQs and quotation comparison, sampling, approved production follow-up, coordination of third-party inspection, assistance with order placement between you and the factory, assistance with booking and container consolidation, shipment follow-up, and a consistency review of the export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin).

How it is priced: a sourcing service commission or another agreed project fee. The calculation basis and payment stages are set out in the quotation.

03 / Managed Purchasing Desk

For recurring China purchasing when you need one point of contact to manage supplier and order follow-up.

What you receive: supplier coordination, order tracking, routine reports and an open-issue record.

How it is priced: a monthly management fee plus a separate sourcing commission for each order. Included suppliers, orders, reporting and response scope are agreed in advance.

04 / Direct Supply

For selected products where you prefer to buy through LiSY rather than appoint LiSY only as a sourcing coordinator.

What you receive: a separate product quotation and sales arrangement for the confirmed product and destination.

How it works: product price, payment, delivery, quality, after-sales and the actual contracting party are confirmed in the sales quotation and agreement.

Payment and commission: product cost is paid by you directly to the factory. LiSY does not collect, pay or advance funds on your behalf and takes no commission or rebate from suppliers; the service fee or commission is charged to you alone. LiSY acts on the buyer’s side and is not a party to the purchase contract between you and the factory.

Direct Supply is a product-sales arrangement, priced as product supply. It is not a sourcing service fee. Supplier Search, Project Sourcing and Managed Purchasing Desk are sourcing services and remain subject to an agreed scope of work.

How Project Sourcing Works

This is the standard sequence for Project Sourcing. Supplier Search stops after the shortlist and quotation comparison (steps 01–02). Managed Purchasing Desk repeats steps 03–06 for each order. See Direct Supply for product purchases.

01 / Brief

Product requirements, estimated quantity, destination and timing define the scope.

02 / Shortlist

Compare independent suppliers, capabilities, MOQ and outstanding questions.

03 / Samples & quote

Confirm sample criteria and compare price, specifications, costs and lead-time assumptions.

04 / Production

Track agreed milestones after specification and order approval.

05 / Quality checks

Coordinate the confirmed inspection scope, findings and corrective actions.

06 / Shipping

Coordinate packing, documents, consolidation and handoff to the logistics provider.

Project execution capabilities

OEM and private-label work, samples, third-party inspection coordination and shipping-handover steps are execution capabilities inside the four services above. They are not separate stand-alone LiSY services and are only performed when the agreed scope of work includes them. Inspection is carried out by an independent third-party agency; LiSY coordinates and follows up but does not issue the inspection findings, and the decision whether to ship remains with you.

Factory network

Independent partner factories compared against your specification, quantity, destination and process requirements. Partner Factory Network

OEM & private label

Specifications, samples, packaging and documented production approvals, coordinated in Project Sourcing when your scope includes them. OEM & private label (Project Sourcing)

Quality checks & shipping handover

The agreed inspection scope, open issues, packing documents and shipment release, as defined in Project Sourcing or Managed Purchasing Desk. Inspection is performed by an independent third-party agency; LiSY coordinates the arrangement and follows up on open items, while the findings and the shipping decision remain with you. Quality checks & shipping (Project Sourcing)

Scope note: Supplier Search covers supplier lists, quotation comparison and open verification questions. Production follow-up, quality checks and shipping coordination are not included unless the agreed scope or quotation says so.

Fees and transparency

Every quotation separates the LiSY service fee, product payment and third-party costs. Samples, tooling, testing, inspection, storage, freight, tax and bank charges are included only when the quotation says so.

We do not publish one universal commission rate because products, order values, destinations and work scope vary. Before work starts, we confirm what is included, how any commission is calculated and when payments are due.

Common questions

Which service should I choose?

Choose Supplier Search when you only need supplier options and quotes; it does not include production follow-up, quality checks or shipping coordination. Choose Project Sourcing when you want support through a defined purchasing project. Choose Managed Purchasing Desk for ongoing work with several orders or suppliers. Ask about Direct Supply when you want to purchase a selected product through LiSY.

Can you work with a supplier I already have?

Yes. Existing supplier follow-up can be included in Project Sourcing or Managed Purchasing Desk without starting a new supplier search.

Do you own the factories?

No. The partner network consists of independent businesses. Capabilities and records are assessed for each project.

Who handles the money, and are you paid by the factories?

You pay the factory directly. LiSY does not collect, pay or advance funds on your behalf and takes no commission or rebate from suppliers; our service fee or sourcing commission is charged to you alone, on the buyer’s side. LiSY is not a party to the purchase contract between you and the factory.

Do you carry out the inspection yourselves?

No. Inspection is performed by an independent third-party agency appointed for the project. We coordinate the arrangement, the timing and the follow-up on open items; the report is issued by that agency, and the findings and the decision whether to ship remain with you.

Does quality coordination guarantee zero defects?

No. The agreed inspection scope supports a documented decision on the sampled goods. Product specifications, manufacturing responsibility and any testing or certification requirements must be confirmed for the project.

What should I send first?

A product description or non-confidential reference, estimated quantity, destination market and timing are enough to start. We will recommend the appropriate service model before issuing a quotation.
