LiSY / OEM & Private Label

OEM & private label sourcing

Coordinate specifications, samples, packaging and production with independent manufacturing partners in China.

From specification to an approved sample

Define the product

Share a drawing, reference product or specification, target market, quantities and budget. Technical feasibility is assessed with suitable manufacturers.

Compare and develop

Compare materials, finishes, process options and samples. Tooling, development costs and lead times are quoted separately where applicable.

Approve and produce

Confirm the sample, artwork, packaging and order specification in writing before production. Changes are reviewed for cost and timing impacts.

Decisions to settle before production

  • Product and tooling: specification revision, sample approval, tooling ownership, storage and permitted use.
  • Brand assets: rights to supplied artwork and marks, label text, language and destination-market requirements.
  • Commercial scope: MOQ, service fees, sample and mold costs, payment stages, lead-time assumptions and change control.
  • Acceptance: agreed checks, defect criteria and approval responsibility before release.

Project questions

Is there a universal MOQ?

No. MOQ depends on the product, process, materials and customization. Compare stock-product branding with full customization before committing.

Who approves product compliance?

Destination-market requirements and the party responsible for testing are agreed before ordering. Factory certificates alone do not establish product compliance.

How are drawings and artwork shared?

Agree confidentiality and intellectual-property terms before sharing sensitive files. Send only material you are entitled to use.
