Keep inspection scope, open issues, packing documents and shipment approval visible before goods leave China.
Agree the checks before placing the order
Inspection plan
Define product specifications, sampling method, quantities, critical checks and acceptance criteria. Confirm whether checks are performed by the factory, LiSY or a separately appointed inspection provider.
Evidence and exceptions
Record the agreed findings, photos and test results where available. Identify deviations and discuss corrective action, rework or reinspection before release.
Client approval
Payment and shipment release follow the written approval process. A sample inspection does not guarantee every unit or replace laboratory testing and import compliance.
Six shipping handoff checkpoints
- Receive: reconcile goods and order references at the agreed collection location.
- Consolidate: confirm compatible orders, carton quantities and the packing plan.
- Document: coordinate packing lists, invoice details, shipping marks and requested supporting documents.
- Inspect: complete the agreed checks and record unresolved items.
- Release: follow the agreed client approvals and carrier instructions.
- Follow up: share handoff information and coordinate questions with the logistics provider.
Costs, Incoterms and exceptions
Freight, inspection, storage, insurance, duties and taxes are included only when stated in the quotation. The contract identifies the named delivery place, applicable Incoterms and the parties responsible for each stage.
Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, product restrictions, carrier schedules and destination requirements need current confirmation. Report a discrepancy with order references and supporting evidence so next steps can be agreed.
